Management responsibility of Marketing, Sales, Quality, Safety and Ethics for all Commercial and Residential Projects.
Manage Owner expectations through Total Quality Management Principles. Allocate resources to each project by selecting the best team for the project. Foster positive internal relations with project managers, superintendents, administrative and accounting staff. Ensure that all jobs comply with or exceed Fenton Construction Safety Standards and OSHA regulations. The on going Fenton Construction Safety Goal is zero days lost due to accidents. Either conduct or ensure bi-monthly safety inspections are done. Marketing is a function of referrals and repeat business through total Owner Satisfaction. It is Fenton Construction's Goal to exceed prior year sales by a minimum of ten percent and produce a minimum gross margin of eight percent per year. Ensure all business transactions are open, above board, and fair to all parties involved.
