Construction:

1999 - present, Member and CFO of Fenton Construction, LLC., Aspen, Colorado.

Planning, Business Development, Human Resource and Financial Responsibility for all aspects of commercial and residential projects.

Manage all accounting functions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, purchasing and payroll.  Prepare and review all Financial Statements and Job Cost Reports. Responsible for Human Resource Management, benefits, Government compliance, policies and procedures.  Responsible for preparing Owner Pay Applications and submitting them for approval.  Responsible for managing change orders from the field, owners and architects.  Responsible for budget and cash-flow requirements.  Responsible for all insurance and bonding requirements including subcontractor compliance.  Review and approve all contracts. Responsible for strategic planning and business development.
